5. Media (Photography & Filming)
- Photography and videography may take place during classes, sessions and events
- By booking, you consent to appearing in promotional materials, social media and future campaigns
- To opt out, notify us via email before attending and a 'opt out' wristband will be provided on the day
For performances and rehearsals, contracted dancers may be required to be filmed.
Withdrawal of Consent: You may request removal of media. We will act promptly, but may retain content where reasonably necessary (e.g. published materials or ongoing campaigns).
6. Feedback & Data Use
Feedback is collected via:
- Google Forms
- In-person forms
Storage
- Digital: Secure cloud systems (e.g. Google Drive)
- Physical: Stored in a locked, secure storage container with restricted access
Retention
- Physical forms: retained for up to one quarter, then securely shredded
- Testimonials: retained until replaced or withdrawn
Feedback is analysed internally only and may be used to improve services and marketing.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store any card or payment details.
