You can get involved by joining our open public classes, auditioning for our annual company programme (coming later this year) or taking part in ad hoc projects and intensives. Keep an eye on our social media and website for upcoming open calls and class schedules.
Not at all. Our public classes are open to adults (18+) of all experience levels, from complete beginners to those with prior training. Our beginner classes are designed to be welcoming and accessible, so you don't need a dance background to join.
We offer weekly public classes across beginner and intermediate/advanced levels, as well as an annual company programme for underrepresented young adults aged 18–25. Our sessions combine contemporary fusion technique with identity-led creative practice, guided improvisation, choreography and reflective exercises, developing skills in performance, artistic thinking and industry professionalism. We also deliver bespoke workshops for universities, community organisations and corporate clients.
Yes! Participants in our annual company programme and ad hoc projects take part in public sharings and a main showcase each year, alongside collaborative projects and occasional corporate or community events, giving you real performance experience in a range of settings. We also deliver bespoke performances for universities, festivals and private clients.

Dancers also receive mentoring and feedback throughout their time with us, helping you grow both artistically and professionally. We create opportunities for industry exposure through performances, collaborations, and our wider network, and we're committed to helping young artists develop the skills, confidence, and connections needed to thrive long-term in the dance industry.
Yes. Although we work with choreography primarily, our practice is rooted in identity-led and collaborative creation. We understand that life gets busy. Public classes are available as drop-ins or block bookings, giving you flexibility in how you attend. For those on the annual company programme, we ask for consistent commitment but encourage open communication if your circumstances change.
Our core company programme is focused on 18–25 year olds, but turning 25 doesn't mean your journey with us ends. By the end of the programme, our aim is for you to feel confident, have a clear sense of direction and where possible, have secured a role or opportunity within the industry. Beyond 25, our public classes remain open to adults of all ages and we welcome alumni to continue with us as recreational attendees or even as associate facilitators as the organisation grows.
This depends on what you choose to engage with. For our public classes, you can attend as a drop-in or block booker with no ongoing commitment required. For the annual company programme (18–25), regular attendance is expected as part of a structured cohort with weekly sessions, intensives and performances throughout the year.
We are currently operationally based at the Laban Building (Trinity Laban Conservatoire), 30 Creekside, London SE8, where we deliver our classes, rehearsals and programme activity.
We are also legally registered in Poole, Dorset.
Yes! Our public classes are open to adults aged 18 and over and our beginner, stretch and conditioning classes are designed to be accessible regardless of experience or fitness level. We welcome everyone and can accommodate different abilities. If you have any specific access requirements, please let us know when you book and we will do our best to support you.
