This women-only beginner class offers a joyful, energetic space for women who want to move with music and feel fully themselves while doing it. It carries the same welcoming spirit as the vocal/nasheeds class, but with a different sound and a more playful, high-energy feel.

The class is designed for women who want to exist in a women-only space and move with freedom, confidence and ease. It is especially suitable for complete beginners and for those returning to movement after a break, because the atmosphere is intentionally supportive, non-judgemental, and easy to settle into.

Here, “fully express yourself” means moving with honesty and personality, letting your body take up space, letting your energy show and allowing the music to carry you rather than hold you back. The class invites you to be playful, to be open and to enjoy the process without needing to get it perfect.

The structure follows the same general class rhythm as the vocal/nasheeds session.

What to expect

You’ll move through a short introduction, beginner-friendly warm-up, accessible choreography and space to explore movement in a way that feels personal and fun. The focus is on confidence, enjoyment and freedom rather than perfection.

Every ticket includes a goody bag and professional filming is available for anyone who would like.

Outcome

You leave feeling lighter, more confident, more energised and more connected to yourself.

Practical note

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you can settle in and get familiar with the space before class begins. Suitable for most fitness levels. If you are pregnant, postnatal or managing an injury, please let the team know in advance so adjustments can be made.
