This women-only stretch class is a highly requested add-on for anyone who wants a low-pressure space dedicated entirely to stretching. It is not yoga. Instead, it is a guided group fitness session built to improve flexibility, mobility and range of motion through focused, full-body stretching techniques.

The class combines static stretching, dynamic movement and PNF-style contract-relax work, making it both restorative and functional. It is designed for people who want to carve out time to stretch properly, without rushing and without needing to fit it into a bigger dance or fitness class.

The women-only environment adds an extra layer of comfort and relatability, making it easier to switch off, settle in and focus on your own body. By the end of the session, you should feel physically lighter, taller, more open and less stiff, with a calmer mind and a stronger sense of connection to your body.

Because stretching time is often overlooked in busy schedules, this class creates a rare space where you can slow down, move with care, and leave feeling both released and re-energised.

What to expect

Practical note

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you can settle in and get familiar with the space before class begins. If you are pregnant, postnatal, or managing an injury, please let the team know in advance so adjustments can be made.
