Mixed Intermediate / Advanced

This mixed intermediate/advanced class is designed for dancers who already have a strong movement background and want to continue growing in both skill and artistry. It is suited to emerging dancers, pre-professionals, professionals and those with at least two years of dance experience, whether self-taught or formally trained.
Contemporary dance is the foundation of the class, but the work may draw from a range of styles within that umbrella, creating a space where technique and self-expression work together. The class is not only about precision; it is also about self-actualisation, presence, and learning how to move with clarity, confidence and intention.
This is a class for dancers who want to be challenged. The choreography is more complex, the technical work is more demanding, and the creative exploration asks you to think, adapt and push yourself further. Strength, flexibility, performance quality and movement vocabulary are all developed through the session.
